Danny Gruden

Over the years Danny has had a range of experiences in the areas of Real Estate sales, Property Investment, Property Development, Finance and Mortgage Products, Insurance Products and Property Maintenance.
Being extremely self motivated and task orientated Danny has had numerous successes with individuals and businesses in the residential, industrial and commercial sectors. He is able to tailor finance, to meet all your property and investment needs.
Danny has had over 15 years studying and developing his knowledge of finance products, specialising in Real Estate Investment.
He began his career with Avco Financial Services in Sydney rising to the level of State Manager.
Gulf and Western, an American Company recognised Danny’s potential with a 3 year contract to set up and research for their financial division “Associates Financial Services… He was given the position of Assistant Vice President, and prepared all formal and legal documentation in relation to Mortgage loans, Personal Loans, Hire Purchase, Chattel Mortgage, Auto Loans and leasing.
He was involved in the Acquisition of Australian Finance and Securities and then set up all branch locations, recruited staff and set up training programmes for the Australian Division Associates Financial Services
At the end of his three year contract, he formed a company called Workforce Pty Ltd, trading under Workforce and different variations.
This privately owned company allowed Danny to develop his passion for vendor finance and development projects in NSW, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania.

Danny further explored the finance industry by establishing Workforce Finance and became a full member of MFAA, with the aim of helping others obtain finance security through property investment and property development.
There are many opportunities available for personal gain.
Danny has the right knowledge and attitude to assist others to secure those opportunities.

Rod Eagleton

Rod is a multi skilled sort of guy, he is a trades qualified Fitter and Machinist (13 years in the Army) and has 12 years experience as an Operations Manager, Technical Manager and Shopping Centre Manager, giving him an extensive hands-on experience in the management of diverse work forces and a multitude of job skills.

Rod has over 15 Years experience in computers:- Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Website & Graphic Design to name a few, he also has over 5 years experience as a loans Processing Manager in the Finance Broking industry.

Rod is also known as the IT guru and refuses to be beaten by a box of wires & bits & pieces.
